All of the settings used for my memorial jewellery are British hallmark quality solid silver (925) most items are stamped sil or 925. I source them from a leading UK company with over 50 years of experience and trading.
Your loved ones ashes are combined with resin, a colour of your choice which can also include glitters/opal flakes and specialist stone powder. Please be aware that your color chosen may differ slightly due to the nature of your ashes and also being bespoke, each one colored and made individually.

If I change my mind can I get a refund?
I hope you love your jewellery, unfortunately as they are bespoke and hand crafted, and by their very nature being made of your loved ones ashes. There are no refunds or exchanges given/or for a change of mind. However if your piece of jewellery has not been started and settings been specifically bought in, it is likely that your order will be refunded, so long as you contact me as soon as you have received an email confirming I have received your ashes and order. I am unable to accept any returns or refunds once a item as been posted out to you. I will not repair an item which has become faulty over time to general wear and tear or incorrect care. (See care in FAQ's)
Making sure your jewellery lasts for a long time depends on how we look after it. Resin is a pretty resistant material and a lovely way of reserving ashes/hair along with many other items. However if you are wearing your jewellery every day it may be prone to more wear and tear and may become scratched or a bit of dullness may appear over time. If this happens then you can restore the shine by using a plastic polish and microfiber cloth, or I would be happy to buff your piece up for you.
Although your jewellery is shower proof it is advisable to remove before showering/bathing – do not wear swimming, or whilst cleaning as chemicals can cause resin to break down over time. Particularly nasty ones are acetone nail varnish remover, hair spray and alcohol based perfume. It is always good to give your jewellery a wash with some soapy water to reduce oils picked up from your skin, and never leave your jewellery in direct sunlight.
I do not take any responsibility for any settings/chains being damaged by being caught in clothing/hair or being knocked or lost.
