Bought my daughter a bracelet for Christmas using her horses tail. Christina was so helpful and couldn’t have been anymore attentive. The bracelet came and I was so pleased with it. It was very neat and the little silver charms made it look extra special. Arthur’s name was engraved on the heart which Hollie was blown away by. A key ring was also in the gift box also made from his tail and that was a fantastic surprise. I would give this 10 out of 10 and was our favourite present. Thank you so much
