If I change my mind can I get a refund?
I hope you love your jewellery, unfortunately as they are bespoke and hand crafted, and by their very nature being made of your loved ones hair. There are no refunds or exchanges given/or for a change of mind. However if your piece of jewellery has not been started and settings been specifically bought in, it is likely that your order will be refunded, so long as you contact me as soon as you have received an email confirming I have received your order. I am unable to accept any returns or refunds once a item as been posted out to you. I will not repair an item which has become faulty over time to general wear and tear or incorrect care.
